Full-service primary healthcare system with multiple locations serving Bexar, Kendall and Hays counties. They offer an array of services including Pediatrics, Family Medicine, Senior Care, Women’s Health, Dental, Behavioral Health, WIC services and Specialty Care.
With 12 clinic locations, 39 physicians, 23 Mid-Level providers and 14 dentists, CommuniCare is one of the largest health providers in South Texas. Their approach to primary care is family-centered, utilizing state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment and interactive electronic health records.
This retainer engagement with CommuniCare primarily supports their growth and business development plans concerning local and regional self-insured employers.
Methodist Healthcare Ministries of South Texas, Inc.
One of the nation’s largest private, faith-based, not-for-profit organization dedicated to creating access to health care for uninsured and low-income families through direct services, community partnerships and strategic grant-making in 74 counties across South Texas. The mission of Methodist Healthcare Ministries is “Serving Humanity to Honor God” by improving the physical, mental and spiritual health of those least served in the Rio Texas Conference area of The United Methodist Church. The Methodist Healthcare Ministries is also the 50% owner and local governor of the Methodist Healthcare System of San Antonio, LTD., L.L.P.
This project engagement assisted in the development of a new “water shed” long range strategic plan concentrating on acknowledging where organizational resources should be deployed across three healthcare impact areas: downstream activities – where healthcare is delivered, midstream – where prevention and wellness initiatives are developed and implemented, and upstream activities – the art and science of program development around root cause social determents level.
HASA is a value-based, patient-centered health information exchange (HIE) with multiple state-wide healthcare providers. Located in San Antonio and serving most of the largest Texas cities, this unique HIE has over 3.9 million unique patient records continually updating, 4,661 users, 56 data senders and over 15 million encounters to date. As a 501(c) 3 community collaborative, HASA provides unique real time services to hospitals, physicians, patients and insurance companies in a secure, private environment.
This retainer engagement includes the development of a strategic marketing plan, sales accountability and monitoring initiatives, review and development of current marketing and sales resources, and overall business development.
